Noles-Frye Realty is the largest independent real estate company in the Central Louisiana area. Noles-Frye has over 45 real estate agents and employs 13 support staff. We have over 200 years of combined real estate experience The company was started by Rod Noles in 1976 and Mr. Notes sold the company in December 2009 to Latter & Blum, the largest and oldest independent real estate firms in the Gulf South Region.

Our company is proud to be the market leader in both residential and commercial sales in our area. Recently Latter & Blum recognized only 44 agents in a sales force of nearly 1,000 for achievements in sales volume. Noles-Frye had 3 agents in that elite group. Our agents strive for higher education with 9 agents earning their GR1 designation, 2 agents with their SRS designation, 6 with their CRS, and our commercial team boasts 8 CCIM designees.
