Marketing Action Plan

Your Noles-Frye listing agent has a plan to effectively market your home for sale. She/he will:

  • Provide cooperating Sales Associates with a list of features and benefits of your home.
  • Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
  • Place a professional sign and electronic lock box on your property for easy access by other Realtors®.
  • Counsel you on the visual presentation of your property and suggest ways to enhance its marketability.
  • Coordinate the advertising of your home in all elements of the Noles-Frye marketing tools (i.e. advertising, home book, Internet, etc.).
  • Schedule your home to be seen on our company's tour to expose it to our Agents and their buyers.
  • Hold your house open when appropriate.
  • Pre-qualify prospective buyers whenever possible.
  • Provide prospective buyers with copies of your completed seller disclosure forms.
  • Arrange showing appointments.
  • Contact Agents who show your property to obtain their feedback and promote the property.
  • Assist you in negotiating all offers.
  • Coordinate all details of your closing with all parties involved.
