Q: What are the requirements to obtain a real estate license?
A: Attend a 90 hour pre-licensing course, pass the real estate examination, interview and choose a Broker to sponsor you(you must work under a licensed broker), pay your local, state, national dues and errors and ommissions insurance.
Q: I have not been in school for years. Am I going to be able to handle this?
A: Of course! It's likely that the majority of people in your classroom will have many of the same feelings you do. You are not alone. Your instructors will understand that, as an adult learner, you have many things happening in your life. Q: How much money will I make in the real estate industry?
