Cheryl Bolton | Noles Frye Realty Inc

Cheryl Bolton

I was born and raised in Beauregard Parish and moved to Baton Rouge to continue my education after high school. I stayed in Baton Rouge when a job opportunity arose. I was an Administrative Law Judge for 23 years with the La Dept. of Administrative Law. After retiring I went to work for La. State Police as the Supervisor over the Transportation and Environmental Safety Section. I received my real estate license in August 2001 and I am USAA Certified and a Relocation Specialist. I have three grandchildren and a daughter that is married to an Army Major who has been deployed three times. Each time I have help with their relocation and move.

I moved back home to DeRidder in 2014 and have continued working in real estate. I know that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes in their lifetime and I want to help make that experience as smooth and successful as possible. A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door and you envision your life there. I will assist in making relocation an easy transition from new comer to neighbor. Satisfaction and service are qualities I take pride in providing for my clients. I will go above and beyond for a client to assure that I exceed their expectations. I offer staging tips for getting your home ready to sell. I am committed to not only listing and marketing your home but getting it SOLD.

Helping buyers find the home of their dreams, and guiding them through the entire home buying process, from start to the closing table assures buyers that I am there for them. I would love the opportunity share that experience with you. I am always accessible on my cell, and communicate via email or text for your convenience.
